In November 2016 Heavitree Community Preschool was awarded Outstanding by Ofsted across all areas.
Heavitree Community pre-school is a community run group.  We are managed by a committee of parents, who are elected annually.  We are a registered charity, and run as a non-profit organisation.  We were lucky enough to be awarded a lottery grant in 2010, so we were able to move to a purpose built site next to St Michael's Church of England Primary Academy.  We are able to benefit from some of the space and facilities at St Michaels.  We have strong links and working relationships with St Michaels and other local primary schools.
