The Staff

Our fully qualified staff are responsible for the day to day running of the group.  Using a key worker system, they ensure each child's individual needs are met, using their observational skills and varying the activities accordingly.  This is facilitated by the high adult:child ratio we maintain, which includes parent support - this helps us to give time and attention to each child, and help them to experience and benefit from the activities we provide.

The staff are employed by the parent committee, who are responsible for the overall management and organisation of the pre-school.  The committee, mainly parents of children at the pre-school, consists of chairperson, treasurer and secretary, and at least two other members, and are elected annually.

Parents and carers are always welcome to come in and help during a session.
