PAYMENT POLICY

Heavitree Community Pre-school aims to provide pre-school education to all levels of the community at a fair and affordable cost. Our fees are in line with the recommended cost for Early Years providers.

  • Parents / carers will receive an invoice within the first couple of weeks of each term, informing them of the amount payable.
  • Parents can make arrangements to pay fees in instalments, however any child with a balance of £250 or more outstanding at the end of the term could lose their place or have hours decreased.
  • Pre-school fees can be paid, by cheque, cash, direct to the bank 44105096 524127 or child care vouchers.
  • Fees are £4.00 per pre-school hour for 3 and 4 year olds.  And £4.20 for 2 year olds.   Concessions are available for Twins at 25% discount.
  • Fees are payable in full for absence (this is for both holidays and sickness).
  • For long-term illness over 2 weeks (Doctors certificate required), half-fees may be charged by arrangement with the Manager.
  • Heavitree Community is part of the scheme offering funded places to 2 year olds.
